Reporting to the Head of Shared Services and working closely with our Virtual CIO, this is a hands-on leadership role where you'll ensure our IT systems, infrastructure and support services run smoothly every day.

As our IT Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the delivery of reliable, high-quality IT services across the organisation.
Your leadership will empower a talented IT team and ensure our people get the support they need to do their best work.
Key responsibilities include :
Leading, supporting and developing the IT team to deliver outstanding customer service and technical support
Managing daily IT operations to ensure consistent service performance and system reliability
Overseeing helpdesk operations, systems administration and infrastructure management
Coordinating the rollout of IT initiatives, upgrades and improvements
Managing vendor relationships and service level agreements
Ensuring cybersecurity, data integrity and business continuity processes are robust and effective
Championing continuous improvement and innovation across our IT environment
We're looking for a confident and collaborative leader who can influence, engage and empower others while keeping our IT operations running like clockwork.
You will have :
5+ years of proven people leadership experience
, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams
A strong operational mindset and the ability to turn strategy into practical, effective delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience across modern IT environments, including data systems, infrastructure, cloud solutions and cybersecurity
A proactive, customer-centred approach to problem-solving and service delivery
The ability to balance technical oversight with hands-on execution
