This position requires someone who is not afraid of physical work and who is prepared to be a team player.

You will preferably have experience working with Dogs (eg. kennel work, animal care certificate, vet nurse).

Have a clean and full drivers licence and your own reliable transport.

Requirements

be comfortable and confident around dogs and the handling of all breeds of dogs

be mentally and physically fit and strong to be able to handle both small and large dogs

be extremely thorough when cleaning, and ensuring all areas are kept clean, hygienic and safe

be honest, reliable and have good time management with a high work ethic

able to follow our facilities rules, instructions and procedures

be able to communicate with our Customer's

be confident using our Computer system and eftpos machine

be prepared to work some weekends

You will be required to work split shifts, and be available to work from 7.30am and up to 12noon, and 3.00pm - 6.00pm.

Although you will have set days and shifts, flexibility is essential to at times work extra shifts if during our busy school holidays or Christmas / New Year.

Some shifts may finish earlier or later at other times.
