Job DescriptionJob DescriptionConstruction Project Manager - Banking Industry Construction - Base Salary to 100k / year - Milford, OHOur client is a Chicago-based commercial GC that specializes in the construction of banks and financial centers throughout the upper Midwest, and nationwide.

Projects range from remodeling to full ground up builds for the banking industry.

While quickly growing, they have been in the business since 1972, and pride themselves on proactive project management and a collaborative, problem solving culture.In this role, the Construction Project Manager will be coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and owners to drive projects through to completion.

This will involve working closely with the Estimating and Operations teams from the office in Milford, as well as some travel to job sites, including occasionally out of state.Responsibilities : Review and analyze blueprints, specs, contracts, and other documentationCollaborate with Estimating team in bidding processDevelop scopes of work for various disciplinesWork with project team to obtain permitsPlan, schedule, and coordinate projectsManage evaluation of costs and impact of revisions, change orders, etc.Maintain constructive relationships with subcontractors, clients, and site personnelCoordinate closely with clients as well as internal teams through all stages of assigned projectsTravel on site to meet owners as necessary (1 – 2 times a month), including occasionally out of stateBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsQualifications : 2+ years Project Management experience in commercial constructionMust be able to work full time in the Milford OH office, with some travel and 1 day a week from home once establishedGC experienceComputer-savvy, proficiency with Excel required, proficiency with Project Management softwareMust be able to read, analyze, and interpret plans and specifications relative to the scope of work and scheduleMust have experience with architectural and structural drawingsAbility to travel to different cities / states for 2-3 days a monthCompensation : Base salary in the 85k - 100k / year rangeComprehensive medical benefits package401k with match and profit-sharing plan2 weeks PTOAbility to work from home 1 day / week once establishedTuition reimbursement and continuing educationTravel / mileage reimbursementRoom for growth in a positive team environmentCompany DescriptionINDUSTRIAL SALES & SERVICE RECRUITMENT.
