As part of our team, you'll get to play a pivotal role in delivering top-tier legal counsel to our diverse clientele, both national and international.From day one you will have direct partner engagement and will have the opportunity to assist in the provision of high quality and commercially astute legal services to our clients, giving you the opportunity to work on mergers and acquisitions, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, structuring, joint ventures and governance, capital raising, procurement and advisory work.About youYou will be admitted to practice in New Zealand.You will have 3+ years PQE with proven experience in a corporate commercial team.Able to take a commercial and pragmatic approach to providing advice.Able to work independently and demonstrate sound judgement and problem solving skills.Shape your career at Anthony HarperAt Anthony Harper, you'll be part of a team that values collaboration and innovation, where our open-door policy means your ideas and feedback matter.
