We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Scale A teacher to join our team.

Endeavour School is a well-resourced primary school (Y1-6) committed to Learning Without Limits. We operate within modern, purpose-built Innovative Learning Environments (ILEs) and are dedicated to developing students as Explorers, Thinkers, and Citizens (ETCs) .

We are looking for a teacher who is passionate about children, learning and has a deep understanding of the New Zealand Curriculum , and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Role

The successful applicant will be :

• A collaborative and reflective practitioner who excels in a team-teaching environment and enjoys learning
• Committed to Culturally Responsive Pedagogy and honouring the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• Skilled in teaching through personalising learning and fostering student agency
• A positive and enthusiastic person with a sense of humour and excellent relationship-building skills with students, staff, and whānau
• Confidently use assessment data to inform practice and accelerate student learning.
