We are seeking kaiako who will strengthen our collective mauri, ensuring our kura continues to be a place where identity, belonging, and achievement flourish.Our learning approach blends Te Ao Maori with high expectations in Structured Literacy (Little Learners Love Literacy, The Code, and The Writers Toolbox) and Structured Numeracy (PR1ME).
We seek kaiako who will stand with us like the kahikatea, bound together with whanau, ensuring that every tamaiti grows strong, seen, and supported to reach their potential.
We especially welcome kaiako who bring strengths in Te Ao Maori, te reo Maori, and tikanga Maori.
Your gifts will help uplift the mana of our tamariki, enhance our kura's mauri, and deepen the connections between school, whanau, and iwi.With a dream to create the very best learning environment for our kura, we are exploring ways to disrupt parts of the current system so that our tamariki have a stronger chance of success.
One pathway we are considering is transitioning to a charter school model, if the opportunity arises.
