We are passionate about what we do and strive to be the best marketing team in New Zealand.We are looking for a Brand Manager to join our high-performing Dairy team on parental leave - FTC until August

Reporting into the Marketing Manager - Dairy, you will primarily be working on our Beverage portfolio with responsibility for the Meadow Fresh and Puhoi Valley brands.To be successful in this role, you will be a commercially savvy marketer who gets stuff done.

You will have a proven track-record of success and be able to demonstrate strong marketing disciplines.

Vital to your success will be your positive attitude, growth mindset, and ability to work well as part of a team.Key responsibilities include : Driving growth through developing and executing annual brand plans.Championing consumer insight led strategy & innovation to future-proof our brands and capture emerging value.Planning and managing marketing activity, and optimising mix of marketing to achieve market share, profit, and sales objectives.Delivering the full brand P&L's and annual budget of the portfolioLeading cross-functional alignment and relationships with our Category, Sales, Finance and Operational leadersContributing to the capability development of the marketing team on our journey to win across our whole portfolio in all channels.Contributing to Business Leadership Team for the dairy portfolio and wider marketing team.The successful applicant will have : Proven experience in FMCG marketing (food & beverage experience preferred)Experience in leading cross-functional teamsSuccessfully brought new product innovation to marketDelivered through-the-line marketing campaignsStrong commercial acumen, and confidence working with data and financialsA passion for marketing, and an interest in current marketing best practiceThis is an exciting role and opportunity to join the Goodman Fielder marketing team, where you have the ability to lead the marketing thinking for your portfolio with the support of a larger organisation.Job DetailsSeniority level : Mid-Senior levelEmployment type : ContractJob function : MarketingIndustries : Food and Beverage Manufacturing
