In the People and Culture (P&C) Directorate, we are focussed on creating the best employee experience in everything we do.

Our Health and Safety team provides a proactive partnering model for our business managers.

You will support our Health & Safety team who provide our Faculties and Directorates with specialist advice and support.

This will include managing the day-to-day Health and Safety enquires and communication channels, incident management support, financial administration and being our digital solutions champion.

Key aspects of this role will be providing a supportive can do approach for our customers, assisting with Health and Safety reporting, building excellent relationships with our third party providers and offering administrative support for the team.

The variety and complexity of our environment will expose you to unique opportunities and challenges.

You will be used to operating as a strong administrator in a professional Health and Safety team.

You will also bring with you :

At least 2 years experience in an administrative role demonstrating a broad range of service and support functions

Experience in a health and safety environment is preferred

Sound experience with digital systems and reporting

Demonstrated adaptability with the confidence to tackle new things

A knack for taking ownership and driving successful outcomes

Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
