We're looking for a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to support our Senior Sous Chef - Pastry in delivering exceptional food experiences as part of the Walter Peak catering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a professional kitchen, with a strong focus on pastry production.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assisting in the daily operations of the kitchen, with a focus on pastry preparation and presentation.
• Upholding the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Supporting the team with food prep, service, and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen.
• Contributing to stock control, food rotation, and equipment care.
• Collaborating with chefs to meet special catering requirements and seasonal menu changes.
