About the Role

We are seeking experienced Dispatch / On-Call Engineers to provide onsite desktop, network, and POS support on an as-needed basis across the North Island. This role involves attending client sites to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve desktop, POS, network, and printer issues.
• Perform operating system installation, patching, and upgrades.
• Handle software and hardware break-fix activities.
• Configure basic network components including LAN, WAN, switches, and routers.
• Install and administer Microsoft Office and other standard business applications.
• Communicate effectively in business English and local language as needed.
