We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Engagement Host to join our vibrant team at a multi-franchise automotive pop-up experience in Tauranga.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage customers as they enter the pop-up space

Spark friendly conversations and build rapport with a wide range of visitors

Help maintain a welcoming and well-presented environment

Capture visitor interest and feedback to support follow-up and engagement

Be a brand ambassador — enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and approachable at all times

You'll thrive in this role if

Love connecting with people and making them feel comfortable

Bring a positive attitude and genuine energy to every interaction

Are curious about new technologies and open to learning about multiple car brands

Have previous customer service, hospitality, or brand ambassador experience (a bonus, but not essential)

Are reliable, self-motivated, and enjoy working as part of a team

Are available on weekends from October 18th - Mid February, 11am-4pm
