And our customers trust us to help them find their perfect look.The Role : This is not your typical retail job, it\'s a chance to be part of a fashion-forward, design-focused boutique, where style meets service.You'll be responsible for : Frame Styling & Sales – helping clients select eyewear that fits their face, style, and personalityReception & Administration – handling appointments and customer communications and other adminCustomer Service – delivering a luxury, personalised experience every timeStore Presentation – ensuring our boutique always looks beautiful and invitingSocial Media Support – contributing to content creation and brand storytellingWho We're Looking For : You don't need optical experience (we'll fully train you), but you do need to bring style, professionalism, and a love for fashion and customer experience.
You'll also need : 3+ years' experience in retail sales, customer service or administration – ideally in fashion, beauty, lifestyle or designA strong eye for style and presentationOutstanding communication skills – both written and verbalWarm, confident personality with a genuine passion for peopleFlawless personal presentationA desire for a long-term career in a rewarding, design-driven industryWhat We Offer : A generous hourly rate above industry standard, based on your experienceFull optical industry trainingA beautiful working environment with high-end product and clienteleRegular part-time hours (average 23.5 hours / week), with some flexibility and opportunity for extra hours if you wish, to cover others\' leave : Mon, Fri & SatHours : 9am–5 : 30pm weekdays, 9am–5pm SaturdaysA positive, supportive team (team of 6), and a business that truly shines, values loyalty and rewards hard workWith 500+ 5-star Google reviews, our customers rave about their eyewear and the incredible service they receive.
