Are currently completing, or have completed within the past two years, a Bachelor's degree majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Law, or a related commerce discipline. Strong academic performance is preferred. An entry level position within our Risk Consulting team based in Auckland, starting alongside our National Graduate cohort. A Graduate package, inclusive of a sign on bonus and access to all KPMG benefits and initiatives. An induction week inclusive of Graduate Camp, building cultural competency through team based activities and volunteering opportunities. Whether it's enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, internal audit, cyber security, or operational resilience — you'll be part of a team that helps organisations navigate uncertainty, protect value, and drive confident decision-making.
As a Risk Consulting Graduate, you’ll be exposed to a wide variety of work that aligns with your studies and interests, while contributing to the success of New Zealand organisations — from startups to government departments.
Your Day-to-Day | Ngā mahi o ia rā :
- Strong Analytical Capabilities : You will enjoy working with data and enjoy undertaking analytical projects, with an eye to detail.
- Strategic Support : Assist in developing business strategies, improving customer experience, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Project Delivery : Contribute to infrastructure and transformation projects, including project and program management.
- Technology & Innovation : Explore process automation, digital enablement, and technology strategy to help clients stay ahead.
- Client Engagement : Build strong relationships, respond to client queries, and identify opportunities to add value.
- Research & Analysis : Conduct market research, data analysis, and risk assessments to inform decision-making.
- Continuous Learning : Develop your consulting toolkit, stay up to date with industry trends, and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.
