Identity Specialist

Initial 12 month contract + likely extension | Brisbane CBD + WFH

We’re recruiting an experienced Identity Specialist to join a large enterprise cyber security uplift program. The role blends architecture, engineering, and technical leadership with a focus on supporting the design, implementation, and enhancement of enterprise identity platforms across a complex, multi-tenant environment.

As the Identity Specialist, you’ll act as a technical authority across Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access (PAM) domains, helping to mature identity capabilities aligned with modern security frameworks and Zero Trust principles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Designing and implementing solutions across Entra ID (IAM), Active Directory, SailPoint (IGA) and CyberArk (PAM) platforms
• Developing identity roadmaps and contributing to ongoing uplift of enterprise identity capabilities
• Providing hands-on configuration, engineering, and integration of identity technologies with network and endpoint service
• Collaborating with architecture, project delivery, and security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Leading and mentoring implementation resources and overseeing day-to-day technical delivery
