We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations & Sales Support for our Auckland team.Reporting to the North Island Operations Manager this position will assist with day to day operations duties whilst supporting our sales team with up-to-date tariff rates.

We're looking for a great team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Key AccountabilitiesProcessing end to end air and sea freight documentation.Tracking and updating status reports and ensuring they are kept up-to-date in Cargowise.Coordinate with customs clearance and brokers.Schedule pick-up and delivery for shipments with customers and carriers.Ensure carrier tariff rates are filed and kept up-to-date in Carogiwse.Serve as the first point of contact between sales and operations teams for contract filing and ensuring rates are appropriately invoiced.Provide one-off quotes and assist the sales team with new customer implementation.Assist sales team with implementation of new customers (Account Profile set up in CW1)Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated customer service or sales support experience.At Least 2 years hands-on experience with Cargowise.At least two years of demonstrated experience within the freight forwarding industry.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.Our ValuesWe live and breathe our values at Gebrüder Weiss.
