In addition, you'll play a key role in supporting our current surgical product portfolio, ensuring they continue to meet performance, quality and compliance standards.As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the integration of new designs and processes, helping to ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the product life cycle, implementing design changes and coming up with the appropriate solution fitted to the business needs.
This role offers a unique opportunity to learn at pace in order to drive business growth and contribute to the overall success and expansion of our Surgery business.About YouWe are looking for someone who : Has a Mechatronics degree or a related field.Has 5+ years of experience in medical device industry or a similarly regulated environment.Demonstrates a strong grasp of control systems and applies this expertise through practical hardware and firmware development.Embraces a flexible, fast-paced, and hands-on approach in a startup environment.Meets regulatory compliance such as 510(k) with practical, business-focused solutions.Is familiar with design control processes, from capturing user needs through to manufacturing release.Adapts to changing business needs and priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives.Resolves technical challenges associated with product and process.Communicates clearly and effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.Working With UsCare to join a supportive environment?
