Te tūranga | The role : This is a great opportunity to lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of marketers, producing measurable outcomes through effective marketing strategies.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Champion the use of customer insights to inform marketing strategy and campaigns, ensuring alignment with customer needs, financial wellbeing goals, and compliance requirements.
• Guide the design and execution of ATL and Performance marketing strategies across portfolios, delivering measurable improvements in corporate reputation, brand love, consideration, and acquisition.
• Drive adoption of best practice frameworks, tools, and measurement techniques, ensuring consistent execution quality across all marketing activity.
• Act as a connector between marketing, design, digital, external comms, and product teams, working closely with squads and tribes to deliver cross-functional initiatives.
• Build and maintain best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets for marketing, while fostering experimentation and a test-and-learn culture to continuously improve performance.
• Contribute to the wider Brand & Marketing Practice culture, leading initiatives that build capability and championing a growth mindset and adaptability to change.
