Based in Porirua at a fully accredited Cornerstone practice, this role offers a rare chance to provide care to whanau across generations and to become part of the community's whakapapa.
You will work alongside nurses, pharmacists, social workers, health improvement practitioners, and others in a wraparound, well-integrated model aimed at better outcomes for whanau.
Your responsibilities include :
Providing high-quality, whanau-centred general practice services
Collaborating in an interdisciplinary team
Contributing to reducing health inequities
Participating in ongoing learning and innovation
