Job descriptionTeam Lead Experience : hands-on leadership of real-time embedded systems architecture and development using C / C++, with strong software practices. Education : bachelor’s degree in engineering (computer systems or related field) with a focus on embedded software development. Passion : interest in software architecture, control systems, algorithms, data analysis, communications, and hardware-in-the-loop test automation. Communication Skills : effective communication, active listening, and ability to guide conversations constructively in a team. Collaborative Spirit : enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team and contributing diverse skills. What you’ll do
- Revolutionise home respiratory support : develop an exciting new device that delivers therapeutic care in the home setting, with impact on patients requiring respiratory support.
- Full development lifecycle : participate in concept, design, implementation, testing, and deployment to become a well-rounded engineer.
- Technology : develop control systems and therapeutic algorithms, create robust IoT solutions with secure interactions between the device and external systems, and apply cybersecurity best practices to protect patient data and device functionality.
- Challenging problem solving : tackle complex problems with a collaborative team and drive innovative outcomes.
