Role Overview
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the contract to provide high quality foodservice and support services.
This includes the management, development and training of a large team, ensuring contract compliance, and running commercially in line with net growth and retention targets.
Responsibilities
Efficient and effective management of the contract
Build and maintain a positive client relationship, acting as a true partner in their business
Ensure smooth planning of the contract and resources to deliver a first-class food and beverage service to clients and customers
Qualifications
Successful background in Contract Catering / Hospitality / Retail with entrepreneurial skills to create a thriving working environment
Excellent management and communication skills, good understanding of report writing and financial management
Experience leading and managing a high performing team
Extensive operational experience in a similar sized role
Exceptional stakeholder management skills
Track record of growing sales in competitive retail and hospitality / events business
Foodservice or similar background
Excellent commercial acumenAbility to communicate effectively at all levels
