About the Role :

This is a key leadership opportunity for an experienced BAS professional to drive business transformation for a diverse client base. You'll work autonomously, lead teams, and provide strategic insights that fuel sustainable growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver strategic advisory and structuring solutions to clients, ensuring technical excellence and practical impact.
• Conduct high-level reviews of financial and tax-related deliverables prior to partner sign-off.
• Mentor and manage team members, fostering capability development and technical growth.
• Identify client issues proactively and present commercially viable solutions.
• Build strong relationships internally and externally to elevate both personal and firm brand presence.
