New Territory is currently seeking a full-time Senior Marketer to join our on-site team in Auckland, New Zealand.
As a Senior Marketer you will lead and work alongside our marketing team to support the execution of various marketing initiatives, campaigns, and projects.
This role will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of digital marketing, from social media management to campaign analytics, supporting the team's efforts to drive brand growth and enhance client engagement.
You will be working across a diverse portfolio of clients from fashion, furniture, luxury goods, property developers, real estate agents, and other design studios, making this a great opportunity to gain experience in both DTC and B2Bmarketing.

Location
We are based in Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand.
This position is primarily on-site, with occasional work-from-homeoptions.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development, execution, and analysis of marketingcampaigns.
Coordinate and manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and communityengagement.
Support the preparation and dissemination of marketing materials such as newsletters, brochures, andpresentations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customerpreferences.
Track and report on marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations forimprovement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement innovative marketingstrategies.
Take ownership of the paid performance activities for all clients, including managing Adwords, Meta / Social Ads, and other relevantplatforms.
Optimise and report on the performance of paid advertising campaigns, utilising data-driven insights to driveimprovements.
Assist with the development and implementation of advertising best practices, providing expertise to help steer paidstrategies.
Provide support to the Marketing Manager across client marketing campaigns and initiatives, collaborating to achieve marketing goals andobjectives.
Maintain organised records of marketing activities and ensure all marketing collateral isup-to-date.
Requirements
Strong analytical skills and attention todetail.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketingtools.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and dataanalysis.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other data trackingtools.
A basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) is aplus.
Ability to multitask and work effectively accross multipleclients.
A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn andgrow.
A solid understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Adwords, Meta / Social Ads, and other relevantplatforms.
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimise the performance of paidcampaigns.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the Marketing Manager andclients.
A degree in marketing, communications, or design is preferred but notessential.
