About the Opportunity

We have noted consistent demand for skilled professionals with 2+ years of experience working in fast-paced law firms across-the-board demand from our clients here in the City, with particular interest in candidates looking to relocate out of Wellington late

With Canterbury's prestigious agricultural roots and continued development as a region, there is particularly strong demand across the commercial, conveyancing and litigation spaces.

However, we have also filled vacancies in the past 6 months across employment, immigration, building & construction, relationship property, and family law teams.

Your experience will likely include :

3+ years operating in a secretarial or PA capacity amongst a high-performing legal team.

Calendar and inbox management, including booking travel and diarising events.

Assisting authors with evidence-based research and preparation for Court as required.

Usage of the file management tools, the Microsoft Office suite and specific legal software.

Dictation transcription.

Processing Anti-Money Laundering compliance requests.

Directly Liaising with clients and key stakeholder groups.

Invoicing and billing.
