They are seeking a Fitout Site Manager for an apartment project.

The project is a $65M build comprising 142 apartments.

Salary : $120K – $140K

Ref : Responsibilities

Coordinate subcontractors and trades on site

Cost control and budget management for the project

Organise relevant materials, equipment and site access

Maintain OSH compliance and safety standards

Lead fit-out and services coordination to ensure timely delivery

Qualifications

Trade-qualified Site Manager with 5+ years of experience

Carpentry background

Experience delivering hotels or apartment projects is ideal
