About The Mahi (role)
We’re looking for an experienced clinician to join our vibrant and supportive Well at Work team in Wellington. Whether you’re an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Health Nurse, this role offers variety, flexibility, and the chance to contribute to positive change in the lives of working New Zealanders.
You’ll be part of our Vocational Services - Lower North Island team, working closely with clients, employers, and funders to support rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes.
Responsibilities
With a wide variety of services across prevention, early intervention, and return-to-work, this role allows you to focus on what you do best.

About You / Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and share our vision and values. A minimum of 4 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Health Nurse is required. A post-graduate qualification in occupational health / vocational rehabilitation is an advantage but not essential. Substantial orientation, training, and support will be provided.
