We're on the hunt for a passionate, dedicated, Occupational Therapist to join our team in Wellington.About The RoleReporting to your Team Leader, you'll be part of a vibrant team culture that supports and empowers each other every day.Community Rehab Services : Provide rehabilitation and support to individuals within their communityWork within a multi-disciplinary team to help clients achieve their rehab goalsKnowledge of community services pathwaysConcussion Service : Skilled in assessing and treating concussion and mild to moderate traumatic brain injuryCollaborative approach with GPs, specialists and the wider multi-disciplinary teamWhat You'll DoUse your clinical expertise to support clients in homes, workplaces, and communities —no two days are the sameDeliver care that aligns with our strong internal focus on excellence and outcomesBe part of a high-performing, supportive team that values collaboration, growth, and innovationWhat You'll BringA drive to make a difference and deliver outstanding careHigh-level clinical reasoning and adaptability across a spectrum of client needsA commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentProven ability to deliver client-centered rehabilitation in communityClear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholdersAt least 2 years' experience working within community rehabilitation and concussion servicesWhat's In It For YouA competitive salary package5 weeks of annual leave to support your work-life alignmentA vehicle for business and personal useEven if you do not meet all the above, we encourage you to register your interest!
