Intermediate / Senior Quantity Surveyor

They offer a positive workplace culture with regular events on the work calendar.Due to steady growth and a secure pipeline, they are now looking to bring on an Intermediate / Senior QS with support from a senior to assist with the commercial management of several jobs.

Your role will largely involve subcontractors, managing and processing variations, final account work in terms of cost reporting and reconciliations.

Also included is some estimating and tendering work.This role would suit an applicant with at least 6+ years of commercial main contractor QS experience, including design and build experience and with relevant tertiary qualifications.
