covering a range of specs including standalone housing, townhouses, walk-ups and multi-unit housing.

They now need to identify a QS for the team

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, your role involves :

Procurement / estimating

Tender analysis

Working in close partnership with project managers

Contract administration

Financial reporting and variations, project cost controls, reviewing project forecasts / work in progress

Key background :

3 - 5+ years of residential density building experience, knowledge of NZ construction processes

Tertiary qualified in quantity surveying

Outstanding communication and leadership skills

Strong NZ Building Code knowledge as well as knowledge and application of

Strong financial nous and business acumen

Experienced in using cost management software

Accuracy

Salary $110K - $120K
