Lead the day-to-day operation of core IT services, ensuring team members are well supported, balancing BAU and project delivery, in this busy role.
Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of a new CRM system
Team leadership of 3 IT professionals
Manage vendor relationships
Act as a Privacy Officer for the organisation, ensuring system and information compliance with relevant legislation
Fulfil the senior helpdesk role as required, maintaining relevant technical knowledge
You Will Bring
Extensive, proven leadership experience in IT service delivery or support team management
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud tools (MS365) and modern service management practices
Experience working in BAU and project-based environments
Experience working with service provision arrangements, negotiations and facilitation
