Retail Supervisor

Subway Hobson Street has an exciting opening for a Retail Supervisor.

The Retail Supervisor role is a minimum of 30 Hours per week, with a Pay rate starting from $

• per hour.

This role is full-time including weekends, and involves the daily running of the business.

As a Retail Supervisor, you will schedule and supervise restaurant staff and daily operations to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained.

Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security and providing exceptional guest service are a major component of this position.

Tasks and responsibilities (not limited to) : - Daily operational tasks of cleaning, preparation & building sandwiches, and exceptional customer service.

Handles cash accurately upon collection.

Assigns, oversees and evaluates work.

Recommends promotion, transfer, or termination of team members.

Physical Requirement : Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system / cash register.

Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday.

Must have the ability to lift 10 kilograms frequently and up to 30 kilograms occasionally.
