About the Role

We're on the lookout for an experienced

Maintenance Fitter

to join our client's team.

You'll be responsible for keeping machinery, plant, and equipment running smoothly through proactive maintenance, fault finding, and repairs.

This role suits someone mechanically minded, reliable, and keen to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on machinery and plant equipment

Diagnose and repair mechanical faults

Read and interpret technical drawings

Support production teams to minimize downtime

Maintain accurate service and repair records

Follow all safety and quality standards

Requirements

• ? Trade qualification in Fitting and Turning or Mechanical Engineering
• ? Proven experience in maintenance fitting (industrial or manufacturing environment preferred)
• ? Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• ? Ability to work independently or within a team
• ? Commitment to health and safety practices
• ?? Welding or fabrication experience is a bonus
