Reporting to the Business Support Lead, you'll provide essential business and finance administration support.
Your responsibilities will include customer and network invoicing, managing aged debtors, raising purchase orders, reconciling financials prior to project close-out, analysing data, and preparing journals.
You'll also lend a hand with Work In Progress (WIP) processes and provide general administrative support to ensure everything runs seamlessly.What you'll be doing : Supporting Commercial and Project Managers with accurate financial reconciliations and reportingPreparing and processing invoices, purchase orders, and financial documentationAssisting with month-end processes including WIP reviewsProviding administrative support including filing, records management, and team coordinationBuilding effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliersIdentifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gainsUpholding health, safety, quality and environmental standards in everything you doAbout you : At least 2 years' finance administration experienceStrong financial management and reconciliation skillsExcellent organisational and communication skillsAbility to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy team environmentA proactive approach with the ability to show initiative and professionalismDiploma in Accounting preferred, but not essentialWhat's in it for you?
