We have a newly created role for a Head of Finance to join our mission, leading the global finance function.
What you'll do
Lead the full accounting cycle, AP / AR, inventory, payroll, treasury and tax compliance.
Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, analysis and insights.
Manage cashflow planning, foreign exchange and banking relationships.
Partner with leaders across wholesale, retail, e-commerce, marketing and product to support decisions.
Lead and mentor the finance team, building capability as we grow globally.
Provide strategic insights and analysis to support profitable growth.
Requirements
A genuine connection to what we stand for, pushing boundaries to drive change in an industry dominated by plastics.
Minimum 5 - 7+ years' experience.
Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience in financial control roles, ideally in retail, apparel, or consumer products.
Deep understanding of inventory, product costing and long-lead-time development.
Strong commercial finance and business partnering skills.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decisions.
Confidence working across NZ and international operations.
Hands-on leadership style suited to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial growth business.
