The Right Person

Maybe you have recently been made redundant or just looking to change things up a little and wanting to do something more rewarding... either way you are probably considered a bit of a legend by your mates.

You can hold your own in a room of strangers.

You can hold a high level conversation with someone of a different opinion and be convincing yet respectful.

You need to be smart, not necessarily degree smart, street smart, savvy... whatever you want to call it, but few people can pull the wool over your eyes.

You need to be hungry for success and willing to do the work to get there.

Most of all you should be looking for a new home with an epic team.

For us team fit is the most important thing, we work roughly 45 hours a week and we are wanting someone we don't mind spending our time with.

Not that I want to be fussy, but it probably helps if you have a class 1 licence.

That might seem like a lot to ask but our managing director once placed an advert looking for a needle in a haystack... 29 years later that first hire is still here and is the General Manager.

I am not looking for a hundred applicants, just one... the right one.
