You will play a key role in nurturing investor relationships, streamlining onboarding, ensuring smooth client interactions, and supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand and engage investors.What We're Looking ForOrganization & Time Management – ability to handle multiple tasks like onboarding, compliance, and event coordination while meeting deadlines.Attention to Detail – essential for compliance (AML, Syndex, records) and ensuring all investor and marketing materials are accurate.Communication Skills – clear, professional written and verbal communication for investor queries, phone calls, and email correspondence.Relationship Building – approachable, client-focused manner to support and nurture investor relationships.Marketing Support – ability to assist with EDMs, website updates, proofing, and coordinating marketing collateral.Comfortable with technology – comfortable with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), investment platforms (e.g., Syndex), and basic marketing tools.Adaptability & Initiative – proactive in spotting what needs doing, willing to learn, and confident handling new tasks.Professionalism – able to engage with high-net-worth and retired investors with confidence and discretion.Administrative Strengths – reliable with managing inboxes, data entry, reports, and general operational support.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestor Onboarding & Support – assist with the full onboarding process, respond to investor queries, and maintain accurate records in CRM and Syndex.Investor Relations– Prepare investor communications, coordinate events, and enhance investor engagement.Marketing & Branding– Work alongside the marketing / distribution team to develop compelling investment materials as well as regular marketing reports.Compliance & Documentation– Ensure all investor records meet regulatory requirements.Database & Systems Management – update and maintain CRM systems, mailing lists, and digital records to ensure data accuracy.Why Join Us?
