We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our clients team to help deliver high-quality events that support New Zealand's dairy farmers.
About the Role
The Event Coordinator will coordinate and support the delivery of farmer-focused events in Northland, managing logistics, marketing, calendars, and admin tasks.
Although based in Waikato, you will partner with the local Northland team ensuring events are well planned, well promoted, and delivered to a high standard.
You'll also support CRM use across regions, helping keep farmer data accurate.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate planning, logistics and promotion of the events
Maintain the event calendar and associated administration
Build strong relationships with internal teams, farmers and suppliers
Provide high-quality administrative support to regional staff
Champion CRM use and support data accuracy
Contribute to process improvements and team projects
About You
3-5 years proven experience in administration and event coordination
Highly organised with excellent time management skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Sound knowledge of marketing principles
High computer literacy – advanced user of MS Office Suite and Dynamics 365
Detail-focused, customer-focused, and proactive
The successful candidate will be required to travel to Northland 2-3 days once a month – all travel costs will be covered.
