Executive Assistant

Big Save Furniture is one of New Zealand’s most iconic and fastest-growing furniture, bedding and whiteware retailers, proudly Kiwi-owned and family-operated for over 50 years. We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our CEO and provide administration support to our Property Team.

About the Role

As the EA to the CEO , you’ll be the right hand to our leader, ensuring her day runs smoothly, priorities are managed, and communication is streamlined across the business. In addition, you’ll assist our Property Team with administration, scheduling, and project coordination.

This role is dynamic, varied, and perfect for someone who enjoys balancing executive support with broader business administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level support to the CEO, including diary management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
• Assist with correspondence, reporting, and presentations
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
• Provide administration support to the Property Team, including document management, data entry, and project assistance
• Help coordinate property-related projects, leases, and compliance requirements
• Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times
