Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSite Supervisor - Banking Industry Construction - Base Salary to 90k / year - Milford, OHOur client is a commercial GC out of Chicago that specializes in the construction of banks and financial business nationwide, with a focus on the upper Midwest (this office is in Milford).

Projects range from tenant improvements to full ground up bank branches.

They have been in the business since 1972, and pride themselves on hands-on management and a collaborative, problem solving culture.In this role, the Site Supervisor will be overseeing subcontractors and internal crews.

This candidate should have commercial carpentry experience, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Experienced commercial Foreman / Lead Carpenters who know the industry are also encouraged to apply.Responsibilities : Track workflow and ensure subcontractor crews are set upEnsure delivery of materials, equipment, and resourcesOversee primarily subcontractors as well as some self-performing crewsUnderstand labor force required by trades to meet schedulesCoordinate with Project Managers and Team Leads throughout the project lifecycleWork with and maintain open communication lines with clientsUnderstand the importance of working in an operating space and the challenges that come with making sure all parties are accommodated.Work shifts vary depending on individual project needs, and can include nights, weekends and holidaysLog relevant activity in company databaseEnsure on site safety protocols are adhered toQualifications : 2+ years experience in commercial carpentry requiredAbility to work nonstandard hours as needed (nights, bank holidays, etc.)Ability to commute to the Milford office and surrounding projects easilyAbility to travel occasionally out of state for projectsAbility to coordinate with PMs, Crew Leads, and subcontractorsMust be able to read, analyze, and interpret plans and specificationsConstruction leadership experience requiredBasic computer / tablet proficiencyCompensation : Base salary in the 60k – 90k / year range, overtime eligibleVehicle reimbursement and company credit cardComprehensive medical benefits package401k with match and profit-sharing bonusPTOExtensive room for growth in a positive team environmentCompany DescriptionINDUSTRIAL SALES & SERVICE RECRUITMENT.
