About the Role
This role enables the delivery of non-standard public transport services across Canterbury, including tailored transport for events and cruise ship arrivals. You’ll lead operational planning and coordination, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with community needs and organisational goals.
You’ll work closely with contractors, operators, and internal teams to resolve challenges, improve service delivery, and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
The nature of the role will require flexibility in days of work and hours. Evenings, weekends and public holiday commitment to the role will be required by the successful applicant.

About You
You’re a confident coordinator with a passion for public transport and community service. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
You’ll bring strong communication and organisational skills, along with a proactive and collaborative approach to your work.
