We also invest in your future with training and development opportunities designed to help you grow.About the RoleAs the Concrete Dispatcher, you'll work closely with the Plant Manager to ensure the accurate, high-quality, and timely production of ReadyMix concrete.

This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted role that requires both precision and adaptability.Your responsibilities will include : Taking and tracking customer ordersScheduling and dispatching concrete deliveriesSupporting batching operations to ensure quality standards are metMaintaining compliance with environmental regulationsSupporting quality control processes and proceduresThis role plays a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and directly impacts customer satisfaction and production efficiency.What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience in dispatching and a mindset geared toward safety, service, and operational excellence.
