Ngā Tamariki Pūāwai o Tāmaki | Auckland Kindergarten Association (AKA) has been at the heart of early childhood education since 1908. With 112 kindergartens and KiNZ centres across Tāmaki Makaurau, we provide high-quality, inclusive education for tamariki and their whānau. About the role
We are seeking an inspiring head kaiako to lead our team and champion teaching excellence. This permanent, full-time role blends pedagogical leadership, operational management, and teaching responsibilities. You will :
What we are looking for
You will be a registered and certificated ECE kaiako with 5+ years’ experience, proven leadership skills, confidence in internal evaluation, and a commitment to bicultural and inclusive practice.
