The role | Te tūnga

This is a permanent role based in Christchurch or Wellington. Reporting to the Manager Research & Development Hub in the Methods & Design unit your focus is developing and improving methods to derive census like information from administrative data and providing technical leadership to one of our workstreams. While the immediate focus will be on census, including areas such as families and households, dwellings and individuals, it is expected that our research focus will adapt in the coming years to best support the organisation, and New Zealanders.
