We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated team leader to join our preschool room of 30 tamariki.

We are passionate about the philosophies of Reggio Emilia and Emmi Pikler, and have a hunger to learn and grow.The ideal candidate will haveat least 5 years of New Zealand contextual experience,demonstrate our values in their practice,possess some leadership experience,be organised, patient, and adaptable,and have a working knowledge of the Reggio philosophy,they should also be open to collaboration, reflection, and continuous learning.In return, we offer a supportive and collaborative team, a culture of kindness, and a centre that truly embodies its philosophy.
