Inpatient Receptionist

Part-time - 40 hours per week, Permanent employment.

Monday to Friday.We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our Inpatient Receptionist team at Health New Zealand 183 Pembroke Street, Waikato Hospital, Hamilton.Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the RoleAs a successful Receptionist, you will be key in offering reception and administrative responsibilities to the team in a very busy environment.

The successful applicant must be methodical in approach, highly organised, flexible, and desire to be a supportive team member.

They must also have excellent customer service skills.Day to day you will be welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone answering any inquiries, and liaising with the Medical Team.

Data capturing of patient flow.

Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
