Visit us at Opportunity – Te Kainga RuaDelivery of administrative support to teams within the Building Services business line will give exposure to multiple projects, from initial bid phase through to project completion.Focused on project operations and drawing on diverse skills, the Project Administrator will contribute to : Document formattingStoring and sharing documents (internally and with clients)Project-related travel bookingsExpensesAdministrative tasks critical to effective project control and deliveryCertainly, no two days will be the same, with wide opportunity to actively engage with project leaders and teams, playing a key role towards the successful delivery of their projects.About You – Te RongoaConfident and proactive in your administrative skills, your experience within a project-focused environment will be valued.

You may have previous experience in construction or consulting.Working across our teams, you'll be adept at juggling multiple priorities across numerous concurrent projects.
