Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Business Administration , or a related field; Scrum / Agile experience is an advantage. Minimum 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain Management) , preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform is an advantage. Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented, with a strong willingness to learn and innovate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exposure to regional IT operations and digital transformation projects . Opportunities for career development and continuous learning . Job Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 user support , including troubleshooting and resolution of IT issues.
- Manage user support tickets and change requests .
- Support and maintain Industrial Control Systems (ICS) or SCADA systems .
- Deliver Level 1 support for desktops / laptops , virtualization , network switches , and VoIP systems.
- Perform day-to-day administration and regional support for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure environments.
- Administer and manage next-generation endpoint protection solutions .
- Participate in infrastructure and application projects , including planning, execution, and implementation .
