OverviewThis is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Registered Nurse to join Elysium Healthcare as a Preceptee Nurse.

You will receive 12 months of expert support, training, and supervision to help you apply your academic knowledge in real-life situations and grow into a confident, autonomous professional.

You will be working at Wellesley Hospital, a purpose-built 101-bed hospital in Wellington, Somerset, for men and women with mental health needs, where you will help people with mental health conditions through their recovery pathway.Main dutiesAs a Preceptee Nurse, you will work 40.25 hours per week (12-hour shifts) at Wellesley Hospital, where you will help people with mental health conditions through their recovery pathway to lead as fulfilling and independent a life as possible.
