What are we looking for
A people person who enjoys building strong connections
Confident in Microsoft Office Suite & tech savvy
Ability to operate independently while supporting the wider team
Proven organisational skills and time management ability with accuracy
Excellent interpersonal skills and engaging phone manner with professionalism
Discreet and trustworthy in handling client confidential information
Digital Marketing, social media and any company promotion tools would be an advantage

What you will be doing
Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Managing phone calls, bookings, and client enquiries
Keeping reception and meeting rooms inviting and well-presented
Supporting the legal team with admin, compliance, and file management
Getting involved in marketing, social media, and community-focused projects
Being the steady hand that keeps the day-to-day running smoothly
