During the program you will participate in real projects, develop technical and leadership skills, and have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role that matches your career pathway upon completion.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with leaders and technical specialists to support daily operations, maintenance, inventory control, safety, and quality activities.Gain practical experience in plant production, reporting, and analysis.Contribute to productivity and continuous improvement initiatives.Engage with the operations team to enhance understanding of company processes.Participate in customer-facing engineering and sales teams to learn about customer integration.Develop troubleshooting skills and assist in resolving plant and facility issues.Prepare and review documents required by the company, local regulations, corporate safety, and industrial standards.QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and values, including accountability, adaptability, and a care for colleagues and ethics.A passion for engineering and recent qualifications in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical engineering.Resilience and a desire to embrace challenges and grow beyond your comfort zone.A collaborative spirit with a keen interest in hands-on work and building strong relationships with staff and customers.A commitment to maintaining safety for yourself and others.EligibilityValid work rights for a minimum of 18 months from January
