Credit Control Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Credit Control Manager to establish and lead our credit control function — a newly created role that will play a key part in strengthening our cashflow management, credit risk processes, and debt collection practices.

This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity to shape best practice from the ground up : designing processes, setting KPIs, and introducing a structured and values‑driven approach to managing our receivables.

Responsibilities

• Managing credit risk, debt collection, and dispute resolution
• Optimising cashflow through effective process management and stakeholder engagement
• Establishing and embedding key processes, controls, and performance measures
• Leading, coaching, and developing a small team to achieve operational excellence
• Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and streamline end‑to‑end billing and credit processes
